What is We’re All In?

We’re All In is a two-day strategy conference that will connect policy discussions to the real change we need to bring about for working people. Our goal is for attendees to leave with concrete tools, ideas, and relationships to carry on the fight, individually and collectively.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From: McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas: 15 min (10.0 miles)  

via I-15 N Take I-215 W from McCarran Airport Connector for 2 miles to I-15 N to NV-589 E/W Sahara Ave in Las Vegas. Take exit 40 from I-15 N for 7 miles.  

Continue on NV-589 E/W Sahara Ave. Drive to SLS Way in Winchester for 1 mile. End: 2535 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Do I need an Eventbrite account to register?

Yes, you need to create an Eventbrite login to register for the conference. This also allows you to make any registration changes, in the event of a transfer of registration or cancellation.

Are group discounts available?

No, we do not have group discounts available. 


I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?

Yes, we offer a 1-day rate of $195.


How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?

NELP’s negotiated rates for single/double occupancy for Tuesday night (11/12) through Thursday night (11/14 – Friday am check out) are $115.60/night ($69/night plus $32.95 resort fee/night and 13.38 lodging taxes). There is an additional $15 charge per person per night for triple/quad occupancy.  

You must make reservations using the dedicated link above by Monday, October 14th, to receive the NELP negotiated rate.  

What does registration include?

Will tables be available for literature and materials for my organization?

No, we won’t have a dedicated table for materials, but we will be creating opportunities for networking and conversation. Feel free to bring some organizational materials with you to share informally.


I'm a presenter - is there a PowerPoint template or guide for presenting I should be using?

We will be providing our session speakers and faciliators with guidelines for preparing for your sessions. The individual NELP staff member working with you will ensure you have the information that you need.

NELP is capturing information from our event attendees so that we are prepared to accommodate special needs, to include translation services, ADA accommodations and a private room for nursing mothers. Can I pay by check if I am unable to pay via credit card?  

If you are registering for one or more tickets (registrations) and are unable to pay via credit card you may contact events@nelp.org with the quantity of tickets that you would like to purchase and the resulting total cost. The We’re All In! team will confirm your request by email. Upon confirmation, please mail a check to National Employment Law Project.
